Schedule a Consultation: We offer several ways to get started:

• Email, Phone, or Chat: Contact us to discuss your event and find the perfect music solution. Click HERE to schedule a consultation on our website.
• Choose Your Music: Browse our selection of musicians, groups, or pre-curated packages. Once you’ve found a good fit, request a quote for further details.
• Seamless Booking: When you accept the quote, we’ll automatically generate an invoice and contract for your review and signature.
• Secure Your Date: To confirm your booking, simply click the “Pay Now” button on the invoice. We accept credit card, ACH transfer, Venmo, PayPal, or check.
• Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of either your signed contract or the deposit through the invoice.

Important Note: If we don’t receive the signed contract or deposit within 7 days of the contract date, we’ll need to reconfirm the artist’s availability to ensure they’re still available for your event.

Special Requests? For a smooth planning process, we kindly ask that you submit your Planning Form at least one month before your event.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. Here’s our cancellation policy to ensure clarity:

• Cancellations made 30 or more days before your event will receive a full refund (100%) of the deposit amount.
• Cancellations made less than 30 days before your event will result in a non-refundable deposit.

To ensure the best performance and protect our delicate instruments and equipment, we kindly request the following:

• Shade or Umbrella: Musical instruments are sensitive to extreme temperatures, sunlight, and humidity. Providing shade with an umbrella or a covered area will help prevent potential damage.
• Covered Location (Rain): In case of rain, a dry and covered location for the musicians, instruments, and audio equipment is essential. Exposure to water can damage these items.
• Heater (Optional): While we love playing outdoors, for extended outdoor performances, especially in cooler temperatures, a heater would be greatly appreciated. This will help keep our musicians comfortable during setup, performance, and breakdown.
