Consummate professionals, incredibly talented, and a “we can do anything” attitude. I was so happy with my decision and can’t thank Margie and her team enough. Tina (amazing vocalist) and the team put on an unforgettable performance and executed the surprise moment exactly to my vision. After searching throughout the internet for a string quartet, we found The Ocdamia Strings. And let me tell you, they did not disappoint. First of all, the customer service was outstanding. Margie was the main contact and she assisted us throughout the entire process with immediate responses. Planning a wedding can be a bit stressful at times especially when a vendor doesn’t respond to you right away. That was never the case for Margie. She explained everything thoroughly and clearly each time. As far as the band, we ended up hiring their quintet, specifically to play a special song on our request. By the way, they have an amazing arranger that can write any music notes if you do decide on a song not on their repertoire. Anyways, the quintet showed up on time, and played our song more than perfect. And I highly commend the quintet because our venue was outdoors with gusty winds averaging 35mpg. This type of weather can drastically affect a musician along with the sound of their instrument, but the quintet played through it, so I am very grateful for them, and I appreciated that they mustered through the bad weather. So what are you waiting for? Hire them now before they’re booked!

A wonderful string quartet with piano. This review is a little late, but I had them celebrate with me at my wedding reception about a year and a half ago. All I can say is wow! All of my guests had such a great time, it felt like our own miniature concert. We requested a lot of pops music and quite a few disney songs thrown into the mix, which was mostly pre-selected, but arranged for the event. They had such an expansive portfolio of songs to choose from, I’m sure they could customize the performance to suit anyone’s needs. The musicians were really good at following along with the reception program and would gracefully transition their songs as we made announcements and interruptions. I loved the impromptu “drum roll” I got during the cake cutting. They were all very friendly and my wife and I even took a photo with them at the end as they were packing up. It truly made a special day even more memorable. Thank you so much!
