Book saxophone player Inland Empire

Enjoy the sounds of Kole, an Inland Empire saxophonist who has been playing for 14+ years. Inspired by his father and the styles of David Sanborn, Kole has mastered the classical and jazz genres.

About Kole - Top saxophone player

Kole is a saxophone player from Lake Elsinore, CA. He is been playing saxophone for about 14+ years and can play a wide variety of music styles. Kole main inspiration growing up was his dad. Because he’s also a full-time musician as well. He would always go to his gigs with his mom and be around that kind of music.

His other inspiration is David Sanborn. His dad always had Sanborn, John Coltrane, Phil Woods, etc playing in the background when he would grill some food on the BBQ and he always seemed to really enjoy David Sanborn the most. The way he sounded and the way he played some of his riffs were truly mind-blowing for me.

Kole ended up playing saxophone from 4th grade, all the way up to college. He has been jazz and classically trained. The type of music he plays is all over the place. He definitely has some jazz in my repertoire but he really enjoys getting people up and dancing to my pop/dance music. As far as his favorite genre, he just likes to see the audience actively listening and interacting with him as the performer. It always makes for a great time when he can get people to dance and cheer him on etc.

To ensure the best performance and protect our delicate instruments and equipment, we kindly request the following:

  • Shade or Umbrella: Musical instruments are sensitive to extreme temperatures, sunlight, and humidity. Providing shade with an umbrella or a covered area will help prevent potential damage.
  • Covered Location (Rain): In case of rain, a dry and covered location for the musicians, instruments, and audio equipment is essential. Exposure to water can damage these items.
  • Heater (Optional): While we love playing outdoors, for extended outdoor performances, especially in cooler temperatures, a heater would be greatly appreciated. This will help keep our musicians comfortable during setup, performance, and breakdown.

Most of the songs are between 3 to 4 minutes long. A 45-minute set is about 12 to 15 songs. But we recommend that you pick at least 20 songs, just in case our Saxophonist need to play longer for whatever reason.

Our Saxophonist in Inland Empire can play pretty much anything but based on our experience, the cocktail hour setlist should be more of an upbeat song. Here is our list of suggestions for the Cocktail Hour setlist.

Live music is needed from the very beginning of guests arrival (Prelude) at the ceremony site, then followed by the proper ceremony which typically lasts about 30 to 45 minutes, then postlude music as guests congratulating the newlyweds. The next event is the cocktail hour which needs to play more upbeat songs to keep the guests entertained while having hors d’oeuvres. The dinner background music is equally important as live music for the kickoff dancing. Feel free to browse our song suggestions from prelude to postlude, cocktail hour to kick-off dancing, and all these events can be covered by our Inland Empire Solo Saxophonist.

Typically dinner music should be mellow, smooth yet familiar to most of the guests. A good setlist for this is a combination of Jazz Standards and Pop songs. Here is our playlist suggestion.
