Some venues have an in-house grand piano. If your venue does not have one, we will provide a portable keyboard. If you prefer a grand piano, you may contact outside/third-party rental companies. We do not offer piano rental at the moment.
We can accommodate requests to accompany singers. Kindly indicate this when booking a pianist and let us know ahead of time. If the singer would like to rehearse with the pianist, we can also schedule a rehearsal on the day of the event, preferably an hour before the appointment.
Our pianists generally wear a black suit with a black tie (men) or a long black dress (women). If you have specifications such as a theme, please let us know and our pianists will dress accordingly.

Please Provide Shade/Umbrella
- We require a shade/umbrella for our musicians, instruments, and audio equipment. This is due to the extreme sensitivity of musical instruments to changes in temperature and exposure to sunlight and humidity. In some cases exposure to elements may lead to irreparable damage to the instruments.
Please Prepare a Covered/Dry Location in Case of Rain
- We require a covered/dry location for our musicians, instruments, and audio equipment in case of rain. Exposure to water or humidity is damaging to our musical instruments and audio equipment. In some cases exposure to elements may lead to irreparable damage to the instruments.Â
- We love playing outdoors but in lower temperatures please provide a heater for our musicians. Our musicians remain outdoors for more than an hour with an additional hour to set up before the appointment. The heater will keep them warm before and during their performance.Â

Dwight is an amazing pianist. He was very nice and professional. He easily made changes to the song arrangement on the fly, and he granted every detailed request I asked for so easily and beautifully. He played music that literally brought me to tears. I was extremely happy that I got a chance to work with Dwight. He wildly exceeded my expectations for a pinaist, and I definitely couldn’t have asked for a better pianist for our big wedding day
I worked with Margie for my wedding, and she was a dream vendor to work with. She was :
1) very attentive to every queries that I had
2) very professional
3) very nice
4) very patient
5) easy to work with
6) has a staff of amazing musicians
7) quick to respond
8) will work at late hours just to answer your questions
I put a lot on her, and she has taken care of me very well. I couldn’t have asked for a better vendor to work with. Will 100% recommend Ocdamia to anyone, and will work with them again if I have another chance
