How to Book

A step-by-step guide in booking our artists. Booking is simple and easy!

Get Contract

Contact us via email, phone, chat to set an appointment. After deciding on an artist(s) to book or a package that fits your budget, ask for a draft contract. For ceremony & cocktail booking, you may opt to book online through our interactive tool. Please refer to our calendar to check for an available slot for your event date.

Secure the Date

Secure your preferred date by depositing a downpayment of 50%. A deposit can be made thru our interactive online tool via credit card, venmo, paypal or by sending us a check. Your date will be automatically confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit OR a signed contract.

Music Planning

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a username and password to access our portal. You may now be able to plan the music for your event and create your own playlist. You have the option to either customize your playlist or have our team create it for you. Your password will expire 7 days before your event date. Need more time? Let us know and we will extend your access to the portal.

Get Confirmation

Upon submitting your music planning form, you are all set! An event concierge will be assigned to clients with a full entertainment package booking (ceremony, cocktail & reception music) to oversee your event. A production schedule of our team will be sent to you and your event planner for final approval.

How does the booking process works with OMG? Booking a live musician with OMG is simple and easy. The entire process done on our website. Simply choose a musician and check their availability through our calendar. Contact us through email, phone, or the interactive chat tool and ask for a draft contract. Read and review the draft contract then deposit a 50% down payment together with the signed contract. Your slot will be automatically confirmed upon receipt of contract and deposit. You will then be able to access our client portal where you can create your custom playlist and submit it electronically.
